Gadhdhoo Falls Defeat at Home to TC Sports Club Too

In the Dhivehi Premier League match played yesterday evening at the Gadhdhoo ground, TC Sports Club’s Egyptian forward, Mahmoud Ashraf, scored two goals to lead his team to a 4–2 win against Gadhdhoo.
In their opening league fixtures, TC suffered a 5–1 defeat against Victory, while Gadhdhoo lost 2–0 at home to New Radiant.
TC asserted control early on, scoring the first three of their four goals within the opening 20 minutes of the match.
Ashraf opened the scoring in the 8th minute, beating Gadhdhoo's defenders while under pressure. He added his second in the 12th minute after collecting a pass from Aiham Hamdoun, breaking into the penalty area, and slipping the ball past Gadhdhoo goalkeeper Bojan Vukmirovic.
Gadhdhoo created a good scoring opportunity in the 17th minute through Cameroonian forward Donalio Melachior Duanla, but he failed to direct his shot properly.
TC's third goal came in the 21st minute when Brazilian player Megson Dourado converted a penalty.
Before the end of the first half, Gadhdhoo's Serbian midfielder Uroš Jemović scored their first goal from a penalty kick.
Gadhdhoo's second goal was scored by Donalio in the 85th minute, but TC sealed the victory in the fifth minute of stoppage time when Maaiz Waheed netted their fourth goal.
